Ingredients
Northern Rivers Snapper
Panko crumbs
free range egg
Home smoked mayonnaise
Vegetable oil
Lemon
Bread Social Sourdough
Butter
Cherry tomatoes
Sweet dill pickle slices
Fresh Sorrel (or Rocket or Nasturtium leaves)
Method
Crumb and fry snapper in Panko crumbs till golden and crunchy
Toast Bread Social Sourdough and butter generously
Create your open burger with pickles, cherry tomatoes, smoked mayonnaise and greens
So so simple, so so good!
