Cold Smoked mackerel pasta

Ingredients
24 hour dry cured cold smoked Spanish Mackerel (any premium cold smoked fish will do!)
Al dente pasta
Lemon juice and lemon zest
Cherry tomatoes
Red onion
Dill
Olive oil
optional: Chilie, tarragon, basil, olives. Use this pasta as a basis, and add ingredients, but keep it very simple
